Solid, Experienced Feedyard Horse, Trained for Mounted Shooting
- Ropes, sorts, cuts and trails cattle (click here to watch him handle a yearling)
- Handles on a simple neck rein, responsive and calm (click here to watch him open a series of gates)
- Is used to all types of machinery, large or small. It might be big and it might move, but Baltazar is used to handling himself around them.
- Trailer loads and unloads on simple voice commands (click here to watch how he loads)
- Has incredible balance. Tight turns, mud, rocks, water, concrete, no problem. (Click here to watch him do a flying lead change)
- Stands rock still while the rider shoots a gun. While I don't have a vid clip showing this, you can take my word for it. It was neat to watch.

This horse was raised by the seller, who is the man riding him in these pics.
He was originally intended for a 5 yr old boy, and trained w/ those intentions in mind. But life happens and the little boy no longer lives in the area.
Even tho I forgot to take good pics of his feet, lemme assure you that he has no old injuries or blemishes. This horse is clean as a whistle.
Based on his history and knowing how he is in the feedyard, I would highly recommend this horse for beginners, team penners and sorters, trail riders, 4-Hers of all ages, renaissance enthusiasts and reenactment buffs.
